Therapy to connect with your most authentic self.

Offering in-person and teletherapy sessions to better understand yourself and how you move through the world.

A panoramic view of you

I take a holistic approach to therapy, exploring all aspects of you and your life you’re open to exploring. I hope to help you slow down, look around, and see your life with new perspective. I want to build a relationship based on trust and authenticity as we explore the various parts of you. I aim to help you connect with yourself, practice self-compassion, access moments of joy, and create moments of peace.

All of the parts of you deserve space and belong here.

A safe space to reflect

In-person appointments will be located in my office in German Village. There are two chairs as you enter the building for you to wait until I bring you back for your session. Panorama Counseling offers complimentary tea and water.

In-person + remote options

My office is located in German Village next to Katzinger’s Deli, with plenty of free surface lot parking.

Can’t make it into the office? No worries! I offer teletherapy Monday through Friday.

  • Online or in-person, therapy is for anyone wanting to understand themselves better and learn to process and explore their thoughts, feelings and body sensations. Treatment is individualized for each person’s experiences and goals. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • I am trained in EMDR via The Institute of Creative Mindfulness, which is an EMDRIA approved program. If you’re curious about EMDR, I would love to discuss treatment with you. Here’s a brief overview: https://www.emdria.org/about-emdr-therapy/

  • This option brings elements of mindfulness and nature into your treatment plan. We will meet for an intake before starting walk and talk therapy to discuss the process, benefits and expectations. Walking in nature has been shown to be effective trauma-informed care and it can be a more approachable treatment for those uncomfortable with prolonged eye contact. Let me know if this sounds interesting to you and we can talk more!

  • In my experiences, the best supervision is based on a mutually trusting and respecting relationship in which supervisees feel comfortable asking anything and supervisors are honest with feedback. Helping new therapists build their skills and confidence is important to me and I would love to hear from you if you think we might be a good fit!

It has been a wonderful journey to work with Jessica as a colleague. Her passion for increasing her skills is unmatched. She is a skilled EMDR therapist and an amazing clinical supervisor. Do recommend!”
