Frequently Asked Questions
What insurance do you accept?
I am currently in-network with Aetna.
What does therapy cost?
Self-pay rates are $140 per session. I also accept the above insurances. If you are considered in-network with the listed insurances, there is typically a copay associated with your plan that you are responsible for and then your insurance pays for the rest of the fee. If you are considered out of network, you will be responsible for the self-pay fee. We can also discuss a superbill as well as sliding scale fees for those in need of services.
Where are you?
My office is in a brick building located in German Village in Columbus, OH. The address is 500 City Park Ave Columbus, OH 43215. There is free surface lot parking in two separate parking lots behind the building. My building is next to Katzinger Deli.
What is EMDR?
We can talk about EMDR in our initial phone consultation, intake or ongoing sessions if you are curious! I completed extensive EMDRIA approved training to be able to offer this treatment option. EMDR stands for eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, and it can be a powerful tool for many reasons, but it’s most commonly utilized for trauma-focused care.
