• Online or in-person, therapy is for anyone wanting to understand themselves better and learn to process and explore their thoughts, feelings and body sensations. Treatment is individualized for each person’s experiences and goals. Typically, meetings are weekly or bi-weekly.

  • This option brings elements of mindfulness and nature into your treatment plan. We will meet for an intake before starting walk and talk therapy to discuss the process, benefits and expectations. Walking in nature has been shown to be effective trauma-informed care and it can be a more approachable treatment for those uncomfortable with prolonged eye contact.   • In my experiences, the best supervision is based on a mutually trusting and respecting relationship in which supervisees feel comfortable asking anything and supervisors are honest with feedback.
